Welcome! My name is Joy French and I’m a Peak Certified Pilates Instructor focusing on deepening my clients’ understanding of and functional ability in the Classical Pilates System.
My schedule is currently open to private clients (Solo Sessions) and Pre/Post Natal Small Group Mat Classes.
As of April, when additional equipment arrives, I’ll be able to focus on Duets, Trios, Small Groups Reformer Series, and Teacher Trainings. I am also thrilled to be able to offer WPC as a rental studio for other teachers in the area.
